Join me in the first week in June 2024 for a great week of Yoga, Pilates, Sun, Pool, Alhambra Visit, Food and great fun. In the most beautiful Villa hour from Malaga Airport.

South Spain is unbeatable in June - Sun, Pool, Pilates, Yoga and relaxios . The villa is incredible. It is an hour from Malaga Airport and is a completly renovated Andalucian Cortijo. Check out the Villa here Cortijo El Cachete
Complete with Yoga studio and fully equipped we will be spoilt rotten on this week. All your meals will be prepared by my chef Daughter Poppy. All yoga and pilates classes will be taught by Suzie Dodd. Its been over 5 years since I ran one of these and I can’t wait. The benefits of a week of Yoga, Pilates, Relaxation, Sunshine and good food - cannot be beaten. Even though I am hosting I always enjoy this week so much - mainly because we have so much fun.
Timetable will look like this.
Pilates - 8:30 to 9:30 am
Yoga - 10:15 to 12:15
Lunch, chill, siesta, sunbathing, chatting
Dinner - 19:30
Excursions
We will go out to the Alhambra on day 5 - for a day trip and dinner. If you have never seen the Alhambra you are in for a treat - click here to see more If you don’t want to come no problem you can chill at the villa for the day. Food will be left for you - but you will have to self serve.
Food
We will be well looked after by my daughter Poppy - who is a travelling with us to be our chef. She makes the bread, the granola..... and thats just breakfast. Poppy has worked at a Michelin Star restaurant in London - you are going to love each and every meal.
Breakfast - due to times of classes will be self service - please make sure you get breakfast into you before class so your blood sugar doesn’t do funny things.
Lunch will be sit down - it can be light or substantial - whichever suits you - this is not a weight loss holiday - we are here to enjoy ourselves and food is one of the best things in life.
Dinner - we will have dinner at the villa every night except the fifth night when we go to the Alhambra. If you are not coming don’t worry Poppy will leave you food. There will be meat and vegetarian options, vegan too.
All allergies can be catered for - however forewarned is forearmed - please let us know if you have any allergies, if you are vegan,vegetarian or coeliac.
What is included:
Yoga - 2 hour yoga class 5 days. Pilates Class 1 hour 5 days. 1 hour evening restorative yoga class - 5 evenings.
All your meals at the villa. Coffee, tea, snacks.
Trip to the Alhambra- tickets and travel. If you don’t want to come no problemo.
I will organise a bus to take us back to Malaga Airport on Saturday.
What is not included:
Flights
Alcohol.
Meals out are not included.
Taxis are not included.
As we are all coming at different times you have to make your own way from the airport to the villa - I will try to connect any of you before so you can share taxis.
Prices:
The cost of the holiday varies on the room you choose.
Double Bed with a Balcony not sharing is 1350 - there is one of these. This room is gone already.
A Double Bed without a Balcony in the main house is 1300 - there is one of these.
A Double Bed not sharing in the Courtyard is 1150 - there are three of these left.
A Single Bed sharing with one person is 1000 - there is one of these left.
There is a master bedroom with a double bed (very fancy) and two singles and a balcony - its 1100 for a bed in this room - the three can decide who gets the double bed. This room is gone.
A deposit of 250 euros - which is non-refundable is required to book a place on the holiday. The full fee is payable by 1/4/2024. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to call me at 0863137219.
Terms and Conditions:
Please read these carefully.
1. Cancellation policy - your deposit of 250 euros is non-refundable. If you pay for the holiday and decide to cancel you will receive 50% of your fee back up until 1/4/2024, after that you your fee is non-refundable. Your holiday is transferable - to another person but not to another event run by Suzie Dodd. You have to organise this yourself.
2. If you miss your flight or for some personal reason cannot come on the holiday your fee is non-refundable after 1/4/2024.
3. Suzie Dodd is not responsible for you on the holiday for accidents or emergencies. You must bring travel insurance.
4. If due to natural disaster e.g. earthquakes, tsunami, weather or political situations that deem it unadvisable to travel to the villa Suzie Dodd is not liable to refund you your fee. I advise travel insurance to cover all eventualities.
5. You are responsible to get yourself to the airport - if you miss your return flight Suzie Dodd is not liable to refund you your flight or pay for your transfer to the airport.
6. If the Airline you are flying with cancels your flight you are responsible to organize another flight and transfer. Your fee is non-refundable. We advise flight insurance.
