Here's the one exercise I give every single client to release the muscles in the low back and glutes — and free up your spine. You don’t need anything only the desire to feel better in your back. It takes 8 minutes - the video is longer for learning but once you watch it three times you will do the exercise faster. Don’t rush it when you are learning.
