The PilateScene – Reformer Class Policy

At The Pilatescene, we run our Pilates Reformer classes in structured terms to help you stay consistent and get the most from your practice. Please read and follow the policy below to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients.

Term Structure

- Classes are sold in blocks of:

  - 5 sessions, to be used within 5 consecutive weeks

  - 10 sessions, to be used within 6 consecutive weeks

  • there are also 3 packs sessions to be used in 3 weeks

Holiday Allowance

- You may skip up to 2 classes per block for holidays (whether 5 or 10 sessions) without losing your credits, provided:

  - You notify us at least 2 weeks in advance of your planned absence.

- Skipped classes must be used within the following block and cannot be carried over beyond that.

Rescheduling Within the Term

- If you can’t make your scheduled class in a given week:

  - You may cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice

  - You are welcome to join another class that same week, subject to availability

- Make-up classes must be taken within the same week and cannot be carried forward.

General Policies

- No refunds for missed classes without the required notice.

- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be counted as used sessions.

- We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Instructor Recording for Training Purposes

Pilatescene is committed to the continuous development of our teaching team. As part of this Suzie Dodd may occasionally record herself teaching in class for internal teacher training and professional development. All recordings are teacher focused and do not capture clients. These recordings are strictly confidential, used solely within the Pilatescene teaching team, and will never be shared publicly, posted on social media or used for any commercial purpose.
