BRIARHILL STUDIO TIMETABLE
MONDAY
Get the week off to a great start - I love a good monday sesh. Síle is teaching in the morning, Kyle at lunch, there’s a 1 to 1 slot - grab it if you want to turbo boost your reformer or if you want to learn in a very focused environment. Suzie is teaching in the evening - open level reformer and at 8pm is Tower class - different from the reformer as in it doesn’t move, but another Pilates Apparatus so totally in alignment with what we do - which is great classical Pilates with a twist.
TUESDAY
Tuesday is such a popular day to get in a reformer session. Come in on your way home from work and get your body moving after sitting or standing all day. You’ll feel the better of it. Síle is teaching the morning, Kyle is doing the 1 to 1 and Amy is teaching the evening classes. You are going to be strengthening, stretching and finding new and fun ways to move that bod.
WEDNESDAY
Midweek - get in a second class on Wednesday and you are going to get your body back. I always feel Wednesday is such an important milestone in the week - the hump - let Pilates become your favourite thing to do on a Wednesday and beat the hump. Kyle is teaching early morning, Tracy is teaching mid morning, Kyle is on again at lunchtime - a quick 45 minute class so straight to it. There is a 1 to 1 slot on wednesday at 3:30. Suzie is teaching in the evening from 5:30, finishing with Pre and post natal Pilates at 8pm.
THURSDAY
Thursday - weekend is in sight - only a day or two to get your body movement requirements in - that’s what I love about reformer, the springs mean I am getting my strength work in, the stretching looks after the mobility needs of my joints, the focus on finding the centre means the tummy is kept well toned, and of course the therapeutic aspect means my back feel fantastic after a session. Who is teaching - Suzie in the morning, Kyle at lunch and Amy in the evening.
FRIDAY
Friday has partay vibes of course - getting in a great reformer session on a Friday means you are on the win for the weekend. Not only will your body thank you - you will actually love it… If your not sure give me a ring and we can talk it through - Who teaches today - Kyle and more Kyle.
SATURDAY
Amy is the Saturday Pilates Queen - this class is often full - we may add another so watch this space. This class is suitable for beginners or improvers who want to get there reformer skills up to the level - and enjoy the process.
