The Teachers Day
If you are a Pilates Teacher in Ireland - looking for world class training on reformer, tower and combo chair - this is the day for you - 22nd March 9am - 6pm. Its so hard to get access to teachers of Brooke and Benjamin’s level - this is the reason I began this whole project. I don’t care if you are a contemporary or classical teacher - and either does Brooke or Benjamin - its so nice to just be a student and that’s fully what I plan to be on this day - we have decided to try and get as much teaching out of these two legends as possible so we will use 2 locations in Galway - Briarhill and Clarinbridge - they are only 12 mins drive from each other and there is free parking at both.

9-1pm - Brooke Siler at Briarhill Studio, using apparatus - reformer, tower, combo chair
2 to 6 Benjamin Degenhardt at Briarhill Studio, using the Reformer as a centerpiece and branching out to other pieces of apparatus in relationship to the Reformer is the direction this workshop is going to take. Benjamin will focus on lower body strength, hip mobilization using footwork to provide a throughline between Reformer and Chair and Tower.

10 - 12pm Benjamin Degenhardt at Clarinbridge Studio, using apparatus - Reformer - Benjamin is going to focus on shoulder mobilization work - exploring the Rowing series and carrying this through the practice in this 2 hour workshop.

When you work with teachers of this calibre you will undoubtedly feel the springboard in your teaching for months to come. We are talking NUGGETS galore - Plus new things for your own practice. I am still practising with Brooke in my head since the last workshop I did with her.
