It’s October - It’s get in the logs and get ready for Halowe’en - and get on a Reformer - all classes are Open Level - suitable for all - beginners, improvers - EXCEPT - Thurs 8:15 - that is a full on class….. not suitable for beginners.

We have new classes on Sunday at 9:30, Saturday 8:30 and a new 5:45 in the evening class too.

We are looking forward to getting you stuck into some juicy Reformer for the rest of the autumn and winter.
