JOIN US IN MARCH 21/22 2026 AT THE SECOND IRISH PILATES CONVENTION AT THE RADISSON BLU IN LIMERICK

Last year was beyond our wildest dreams and made me realise that the Pilates Community in Ireland is vibrant, strong and thriving. To see so many people rolling like a ball under the divine teaching of Brooke Siler was a beauty to behold - yes I have the bug baaad.

So with the spirit of last year in my head we set out trying to make this years Convention twice as good. Soooooo it seemed a natural progression to get 2 world class teachers and really pack in as much as we can in the day.

I am so pleased to announce the return of Brooke Siler - who is without doubt one of the best teachers on the planet - author of The Pilates Body and The Big Book of Pilates and creator of the tensatoner . And to join her will be Benjamin Degenhardt - who is also of huge world Pilates reknown he is the founder of 360pilates.com and #marchmatness - you can visit his website here - I don’t know how I am going to wait til March…. We are going to use weights, towels and miniballs….

A word about our sponsors - McSport Ireland have very generously donated an Align Pilates Combo Chair which we will raffle on the day of the 21st - it will be delivered to you if you win. McSport are also giving everyone a free set of weights too - so generous. Our other sponsor Merrithew are donating a miniball to everyone so we will not be stuck with crivit balls…. Both sponsors will be bringing reformers to the show so you can have a go on both reformers and get a feel for what you want on your vision board.

Its hotting up to be a great event - but it really only happens if you come - we would love to have you. This is a very inclusive event - you don’t need to be any level, any size, any sex, any age, any shape you just got to love Pilates.

Our schedule will be as follows

10 to 11:30 am Brooke Siler - workshop with weights - 2lb weights and you are going to feel them big time. Big thanks to our Sponsor McSport who are donating small weights to everyone who comes. This class will have a reformer on the mat feel!

11:45 to 1:15 pm Benjamin Degenhardt - workshop with a towel! I can’t wait for this one - so bring a towel.

1:15 to 2:20 - Lunch, chats, vibes

2:20 to 3:50pm Brooke Siler - with miniball - Our Sponsor Merrithew are donating everyone a miniball. This is going to give you a new perspective on the ball.

4:00 to 5:30 pm Benjamin Degenhardt - null props back to basics exploration of the Return to Life exercises - This will finish the day off very nicely. You will sleep very well after all this work.
