Last year was beyond our wildest dreams and made me realise that the Pilates Community in Ireland is vibrant, strong and thriving. To see so many people rolling like a ball under the divine teaching of Brooke Siler and the Towels with Benjamin Degenhardt was a beauty to behold - yes I have the bug baaad.
So with the spirit of last year in my head we set out trying to make this years Convention three times as good. I don’t think you can beat the Brooke/Benjamin Combo.
I am so pleased to announce the return of Brooke Siler - who is without doubt one of the best teachers on the planet - author of The Pilates Body and The Big Book of Pilates and creator of the tensatoner . And to join her will be Benjamin Degenhardt - who is also of huge world Pilates reknown he is the founder of 360pilates.com and #marchmatness - you can visit his website here - I don’t know how I am going to wait til March…. My goal this year is to get 100 spine correctors….. amongst other things.
Its hotting up to be a great event - but it really only happens if you come - we would love to have you. This is a very inclusive event - you don’t need to be any level, any size, any sex, any age, any shape you just got to love Pilates.
