JOIN US IN MARCH 20/21 2027 AT THE THIRD IRISH PILATES CONVENTION AT THE RADISSON BLU IN LIMERICK
Last year was beyond our wildest dreams and made me realise that the Pilates Community in Ireland is vibrant, strong and thriving. To see so many people rolling like a ball under the divine teaching of Brooke Siler and the Towels with Benjamin Degenhardt was a beauty to behold - yes I have the bug baaad.
So with the spirit of last year in my head we set out trying to make this years Convention three times as good. I don’t think you can beat the Brooke/Benjamin Combo.
I am so pleased to announce the return of Brooke Siler - who is without doubt one of the best teachers on the planet - author of The Pilates Body and The Big Book of Pilates and creator of the tensatoner . And to join her will be Benjamin Degenhardt - who is also of huge world Pilates reknown he is the founder of 360pilates.com and #marchmatness - you can visit his website here - I don’t know how I am going to wait til March…. My goal this year is to get spine correctors….. amongst other things.
Its hotting up to be a great event - but it really only happens if you come - we would love to have you. This is a very inclusive event - you don’t need to be any level, any size, any sex, any age, any shape you just got to love Pilates.

Our schedule will be as follows
9:00 to 10:00am Brooke Siler - Big Group Session
10:15 to 11:45am Small Group Session 1 - Group A: Benjamin / Group B: Brooke
12 to 1:30pm Small Group Session 2 - Group A: Brooke / Group B: Benjamin
1:30 to 2:30 - Lunch, chats, vibes
2:30 to 3:30pm Benjamin Degenhardt - Big Group Session
3:45 to 4:45pm Small Group Session 3 - Group A: Benjamin / Group B: Brooke
5 to 6pm Small Group Session 4 - Group A: Brooke / Group B: Benjamin
You'll be placed into Group A or Group B when you book, so everyone gets equal time with both Brooke and Benjamin across the day.
THE PRICE OF THE CONVENTION IS 250 EURO includes VAT - INCLUDING LUNCH
