Pilates Convention Limerick – Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Policy

  • All tickets for the Pilates Convention Limerick are non-refundable.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.

  • To transfer a ticket, please email info@suziedodd.com with the new attendee’s full name and contact details no later than 48 hours before the event.

  • Each ticket is valid for one attendee only and cannot be shared.

2. Event Details

  • The organiser reserves the right to make minor changes to the event schedule, presenters, or workshops if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the unlikely event that the convention is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund or credit towards a future event will be offered.

  • If the event must be postponed, all existing tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.

3. Health & Safety

  • Attendees are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and able to participate in all movement sessions.

  • The organiser accepts no liability for injuries sustained during participation in any session or activity at the event.

4. Personal Belongings

  • Please keep personal belongings secure at all times.

  • The organiser is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items brought to the venue.

5. Photography & Media

  • Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside all classes and workshops to protect the privacy of attendees and presenters.

  • Official photography and filming may take place in public areas of the event for promotional use by the organiser.

  • By attending, you consent to your image being used in future marketing materials. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform a member of staff on arrival.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants.

  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone acting in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner without refund.

  • All attendees must follow venue and organiser instructions at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.
