This is our fab team in our fab studio in Briarhill Shopping centre - we are all Pilates obsessed and we can’t wait to get you started and feeling strong, fit and healthy.

I AM BEYOND EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THE OPENING OF MY SECOND PILATES REFORMER and TOWER STUDIO IN BRIARHILL SHOPPING CENTRE.

Myself - Suzie, Tracy, Amy, Síle, Kyle, Lena and Tamara make up the team that will bring your bod to the happy place. We are all obsessed with Pilates and will give you 150% in every class. If you would like to know more about the team click here

What are we going to be teaching here in Briarhill?

Phase 1 : Top quality true to the classical method of Pilates Reformer classes. We are starting by offering Open Level Classes to introduce beginners and students who may have done some reformer. We will be running a Weighted Series Class which will utilize weights in the class - this class is a more contemporary Ozzie style.

Phase 2: We have now added the tower - not attached to the reformers but proper on the wall towers, with proper classical mats. I am beyond excited to offer this as you learn so much from a tower. Don’t worry if you’ve never heard of it - its another piece of apparatus from the Pilates Method and just serves to connect you even more into your centre. This class is on Monday at 7:45 o’clock. I am so excited about it. This class is full I will put another on….

Phase 3 - Adding more team members and more classes and Wunda Chair group classes. Again this is another piece of apparatus - I couldn’t resist going all out on this studio. If you’ve never been on a chair you are in for a treat. Think mini-reformer and more.
