So excited to have Mary Niker return to Kinvara to share her many years of expertise in Iyengar Yoga with us in Galway.
Mary began her inquiry into yoga in the early 1980's and found her first Iyengar Yoga teacher in January of 1990. Since then she has been teaching and studying like myself - once you’ve got the bug you’ve got it. Mary has been to Pune many times and trained with the best of the best. I feel very fortunate to have her come and share her expertise in Galway at the Yoga Lounge, Clarinbridge. Yoga pedigree aside Mary is just such a vital and lively person and brings fresh air and humour to yoga - I just love the way she teaches.

The cost of the workshop is 190 plus vat. A 50 euro non-refundable deposit is payable to book a mat. This workshop is mixed level - one year experience advisable. Lunch is not included - we will go out for lunch and the studio will be closed between classes.
