Experience your own Vibration.

My Inspiration

Since I began studying Acapuncture and the movement of energy around the body I’ve been playing around with various meditations involving the energy pathways in the body. But when I discovered this particular breathing meditation suddenly I could feel a very different response in my energy - for the first time I was experiencing my vibration, my aliveness in every cell of my body. Day by day I could feel it amplifying more and more . I have taught this meditation to many students and they all feel great after it. When we spend 15 minutes every day dwelling on this mediation the energy system realigns effortlessly.

As a yogi - obsessed with breath it was a no brainer to start breathing in the same patterns as the Traditional Chinese methodologies teach. For me its streets ahead of Pranayama. I felt like I’d struck gold the day I found the Wells, Springs, Streams, Rivers and Sea points in Acapuncture. Like these water sources energy moves in a similar fashion in and around our body - sometimes it gets stuck - we call that pain,sickness or discomfort. By breathing and focusing on these specific points in a specific pattern we get our energy or our vibration flowing from well to spring, to stream to river and into the sea. I just love it.

Combine this with the ancient knowledge that energy passes through the spaces in the body - think joints - you are really on to something.

Combine the yogic knowledge that “Prana always follows Prajna” - i.e. Qi follows your intelligence or your minds eye.

For many years I have been visiting various Holy Wells in the Burren, the photo is of one of my favourites the well at Oughtmama - hours sitting here in rain, hail or sun was truly my inspiration to experience my being on this energetic level.

Bingo the ingredients for a serious Vibrational Cake.

Here is the recipe:

The qi or energy of the body begins at the Well Points , which are at your finger and toe nails - this is where yin and yang meet in your body and where qi is therefore created.

The qi gathers momentum from the webbing of fingers and toes to the wrist and ankle joint - this is the Stream Points.

Continuing over the wrists and ankles the qi gains volume and more speed at the Spring points. One of the most potentially energising places in the body.

The lower arm and leg are the river points.

And finally the upper leg and arm are the sea points.


How long is it?

This meditation will take you 19 minutes - and you will enjoy every second. Time is nothing in energy work. There is only Now.

Who can do this Meditation?

This meditation is suitable for anyone no matter your experience, age, fitness level, religion or health. As long as you are alive you have energy flowing through your body - when you learn to experience your own vibration and work with it life expands exponentially.

When you listen to the mediation you simply place your minds eye where I tell you - your energy system will do the rest - you stay out of it.

If you’re a Beginner

If you’ve never done anything like this before congratulations you are so lucky to be experiencing this stuff for the first time - I am jealous. I wish someone had given me this years ago.

Do this practice somewhere warm and comfortable - you can sit in a chair or lie down - personally I lie down, you won’t fall asleep because you will be alert to your energy. All that matters is that your physical body is relaxed and therefore won’t distract you. If you do fall asleep - happy days that means you are tired and rest is good.

Make sure you won’t be disturbed for 15 minutes.

Leave your phone on Do Not Disturb.
