TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pilates Nerd Sundays.

Location: The Pilatescene Reformer Pilates Studio

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings for the Pilates Nerd Sundays must be made in advance. Payment is non refundable. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 2 days prior to the workshop date may be eligible for a credit to be used toward future workshops or services at The Pilatescene.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the workshop are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable.

If The Pilatescene cancels or reschedules the workshop for any reason, participants will be offered a full refund or credit.

3. Transfers

Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior written notice to The Pilatescene no later than 48 hours before the workshop.

4. Health and Safety

Participants confirm they are physically fit and able to participate in a mat or reformer pilates-based workshop.

It is the participant’s responsibility to disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies prior to the workshop.

The Pilatescene reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. By attending, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with the workshop.

6. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pilatescene, its owners, instructors, and staff will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participation.

7. Studio Etiquette

Participants are expected to arrive on time, follow instructor guidance, and respect studio equipment and other attendees.

Mobile phones must be silenced during the workshop.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, content, and teachings are the intellectual property of The Pilatescene and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

9. Photography and Media

The Pilatescene may take photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing prior to the event if you do not wish to appear in any media. Students are asked not to take photos or videos during the workshop.

10 Right to Refuse Admission / Remove Participants
We reserve the right to refuse admission and/or require any participant to leave the workshop at any time. This may be exercised at our sole discretion to protect the safety, comfort, and learning environment of all attendees. Where this occurs, we are not obliged to provide a reason.

11. Changes to Terms

The Pilatescene reserves the right to update or amend these term
