Event: Intuitive Teacher Workshop

Location: The Pilatescene Reformer Pilates Studio

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings for the Intuitive Teacher Workshop must be made in advance. Full payment is required by September 15th - A non refundable deposit of 250 euro at the time of booking will secure your place. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the workshop date may be eligible for a credit to be used toward future workshops or services at The Pilatescene.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable.

If The Pilatescene cancels or reschedules the workshop for any reason, participants will be offered a full refund or credit.

3. Transfers

Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior written notice to The Pilatescene no later than 48 hours before the workshop.

4. Health and Safety

Participants confirm they are physically fit and able to participate in a reformer pilates-based workshop.

It is the participant’s responsibility to disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies prior to the workshop.

The Pilatescene reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. By attending, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with the workshop.

6. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pilatescene, its owners, instructors, and staff will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participation.

7. Studio Etiquette

Participants are expected to arrive on time, follow instructor guidance, and respect studio equipment and other attendees.

Mobile phones must be silenced during the workshop.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, content, and teachings are the intellectual property of The Pilatescene and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

9. Photography and Media

The Pilatescene may take photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing prior to the event if you do not wish to appear in any media.

10. Changes to Terms

The Pilatescene reserves the right to update or amend these term
