MONDAY

Get the week off to a great start - I love a good monday sesh. Síle is teaching in the morning, Kyle at lunch, there’s a 1 to 1 slot - grab it if you want to turbo boost your reformer or if you want to learn in a very focused environment. Suzie is teaching in the evening - open level reformer and at 8pm is Tower class - different from the reformer as in it doesn’t move, but another Pilates Apparatus so totally in alignment with what we do - which is great classical Pilates with a twist.

 

Tuesday

Tuesday is such a popular day to get in a reformer session. Come in on your way home from work and get your body moving after sitting or standing all day. You’ll feel the better of it. Síle is teaching the morning, Kyle is doing the 1 to 1 and Amy is teaching the evening classes. You are going to be strengthening, stretching and finding new and fun ways to move that bod.

 
 

Wednesday

Midweek - get in a second class on Wednesday and you are going to get your body back. I always feel Wednesday is such an important milestone in the week - the hump - let Pilates become your favourite thing to do on a Wednesday and beat the hump.
