There's nothing like having a direct student from Mr Iyengar come to your house and teach yoga in your studio - I'm delira to invite Uday Bhosale to Kinvara Co. Galway in October 2018 - seems like miles away but this man's blackberry is full up. Which will show what a great and authentic teacher he is.
Uday has been a resident teacher at RIMYI for over a decade. He has recently moved to the U.K. and is based out of Reading. A former taekowondo enthusiast, Uday was introduced to the Iyengar method by his martial arts teacher. He began learning directly with Guruji, Geetaji and Prashantji in 1999 and continues to do so till date. Over his many years at the Institute Uday was a regular assistant in the medical (therapeutic) classes at RIMYI, held thrice a week. In 2015 Uday was a guest teacher at the 21st French Iyengar Yoga National Convention, Rezé, Nantes, France.

The Schedule for the weekend will be:
Friday - Yoga 7-9 pm
Sat - Yoga 10-12.30
Yoga 3.30-5.30
Sun - Yoga 10-12.30pm
The cost of the workshop is 120 euros. Lunch is not included - we will go out for lunch somewhere local and nice - but if you prefer to make your own arrangements please feel free. A non refundable deposit of 50 euros is payable to reserve a mat. Space is limited and this workshop is going to be brillo - so book early to avoid disappointment and also to have something to look forward to.
This workshop is mixed level - 1 year experience necessary.
